Food Safety Series
In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, foodborne diseases are also gradually increasing, and more foodborne diseases are caused by foodborne pathogens. The relatively accurate detection of food-borne pathogens is a key link to effectively control the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
This series of products using fluorescent quantitative PCR technology to design specific primers and fluorescent probes for specific fragments of different food-borne pathogens, and carry out qualitative detection of food-borne pathogens from different sources in accordance with the entry-exit inspection and quarantine industry standard SNT 1870-2016.

The ion type and concentration of the reaction buffer of this product were improved, and the use of HSTM Taq DNA polymerase significantly enhanced the specific binding force between the primer and the template, reducing non-specific amplification.

As shown in the figure above, the donkey-derived nucleic acid detection kit can detect pure DNA with a sensitivity of 1 pg/ μL
Result 2
The extraction samples were 1% donkey meat and 0.1% donkey meat, respectively. The PCR results showed that the minimum detection limit of this product was less than 0.1%.

The bovine/pig/duck nucleic acid detection kit covers all kinds of meat products (including raw meat, cooked meat, dairy products, etc.), and can detect three animal components up to 0.1% at the same time, which meets the requirements of China's entry-exit inspection and quarantine industry standards.
